Your participation

This free pilot is for individually approved adults aged 18 or over in Australia. Use your approved email address and connect only accounts you own or are lawfully authorised to access. A project name does not represent incorporation or regulatory accreditation. Contact BEV at contactbirdseyeview@gmail.com.

You retain your information and permit BEV and the service providers named in the privacy notice to handle it for the features you request. Signup does not itself authorise bank access, AI processing or sharing with another person. Keep your sign-in details secure.

What you can test

BEV organises balances and transactions, identifies patterns, and calculates cash-flow views and scenarios from available records and your assumptions. Figures can be incomplete, stale or incorrect during testing. Check bank records and actual commitments before acting. An available-to-spend estimate is not a bank balance or a guarantee.

This pilot provides financial organisation and user-directed calculations. It does not provide personalised investment, credit or tax advice. Tax labels do not establish deductibility or lodge returns. External AI, document uploads and automated financial actions are disabled for this pilot. BEV does not hold or move money, switch products or cancel subscriptions.

Use bank sharing only if you want to test with real information. Manual entry and the isolated sample remain available. There are no BEV pilot subscription or connection charges. Any future paid offer requires separately presented prices and agreement.

Bank connection conditions

These conditions apply to connections through openfeed by Biza Pty Ltd:

1. Provide complete, accurate information for lawful purposes and immediately report unauthorised use.
2. Your separate bank-sharing instruction permits the processing needed for your requested service. You acknowledge BEV’s privacy notice and that disclosed information is handled under Australian privacy law, outside the CDR privacy safeguards.
3. Do not use the service for harmful or unlawful conduct, including fraud, money laundering, extortion, illegal gambling, or trafficking in weapons or unlawful goods.
4. Subject to rights protected by law, BEV and Biza provide the service and data as available, without warranties of suitability, accuracy, continuity or freedom from errors. Verify source information before relying on it. Non-excludable Australian Consumer Law and privacy rights remain intact.
5. You agree that Biza may enforce these five conditions as a third-party beneficiary. BEV obtains your agreement on its own behalf and as Biza’s limited agent for these conditions.

Bank and openfeed availability and account coverage vary. Review the separate bank consent before sharing. Disconnecting stops BEV’s syncing; withdraw openfeed permission and use BEV’s deletion controls separately.

Sharing and control

Share information only with authority and after reviewing the named recipients and scope. Do not pressure others to disclose their finances. Removing access cannot retrieve screenshots or exported copies. You can export your records, stop using BEV or request deletion. Deletion runs as a tracked process; the privacy notice describes retention and recovery windows.

Changes, support and your rights

We may pause the pilot for security, maintenance, abuse or legal obligations. Where practicable, we will explain material changes and keep export/deletion support available. A service change does not itself authorise new uses of your information. We will publish material changes to these terms and seek fresh agreement where required.

Contact contactbirdseyeview@gmail.com for help or complaints. Nothing here excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees and privacy rights. Victorian and applicable Australian federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory protections and your right to approach a competent court, tribunal or regulator.
